Description
Considering this collection is branded as "Series 1", its likely well see the rest of the First Partner Pokmon in an unannounced Series 2 and 3
If this thing was a named legendary creature - even if it was a new version of that weird little rat Loot - it might feel like a mythic rare, purely on the basis that "cute little guys" is an established archetype for extremely rare and powerful creatures
Open boosters for novelty, bulk collection building, and the sheer entertainment of discovery

The novelty of an Alternate Full Art card with a game-winning move on such a conventionally weak Pokemon is also quite alluring
