Description
There are quite a few rats with effects that focus on rat swarms and give you advantages when you have more rats in play or allow you to have any number of the same card in your deck
Some colours are slightly better than others however overall that is fairly negligible to the power level of the cards in general
Lands, rituals, tutors, draw spells all live again, then get exiled
For over a year control decks got to be at or near the top of Standard, and without Mirari's Wake it is doubtful they would have seen much play at all
I personally can make no judgment on people that buy these counterfeit cards
