Description
The I Hereby Decree ability makes Princess cards particularly useful , and a Shift ability makes it possible to deploy her very early in the game
I feel like the significant mana costs and overall less value-happy orientation of activated abilities have kept this artifact from becoming a popular darling, but the power is undeniable
In other formats, not
Even so, being able to tutor for two parts of the combo is great
You probably expected that, though
