While the mana from Rivaz is nice, Im happy to just plug it in the 99, and enjoy the anchor piece of Chainer in the command zone
That is amazing for those players that are staring down defeat, only for them to draw up a full hand of cards and gain enough life to get them through the next turns
But second, it gives the whole team hexproof, which means it also has hexproof
Grading isn't free
As such, Im of the opinion that hes probably best used in a deck focused around dealing direct damage and cards such as Curiosity
